We ship using USPS and shipping times are based on your location but usually take between 2-6 days.
Orders without sufficient addresses will be canceled and refunded. If you notice any problems with your stickers upon receiving them, please convo us. Our stickers are checked repeatedly, but please be mindful that they are handmade and may have slight flaws as is to be expected with products produced at home. 🦄Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please convo us if you have any problems with your stickers. 🦄FOILED stickers are not waterproof or water resistant so are not meant for outdoor use, hydro flasks, items that will be repeatedly handled etc.They are intended, and best used, on planners and dry surfaces. SIZE: sheet is 4圆, sticker image is inside 12mm transparent circle. MATERIAL: Stickers are hand foiled on clear sticker sheets. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but if you have any issues with receiving your order, please contact us and we will see what we can do. For more detailed and reliable tracking, we recommend choosing Priority Mail during checkout which will include a tracking number. Free Shipping will include tracking numbers provided by Etsy, which do not always display accurate information.
Your order will ship as regular mail via USPS.
Any packages returned by USPS will be refunded minus any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for missing orders due to incorrect mailing addresses. Please note that we are not responsible for replacing/refunding orders once tracking has marked them as delivered. However, if you prefer using USPS tracking which is accessable through the USPS website, we reccommend you choose USPS First-Class Mail (With Tracking) during checkout.
